KBS is one of the historically first private business schools operating on the Ukrainian market since 2000. Well known in Ukraine for its methodological rigor and innovativeness KBS has transformed from just regular business education subsidiary of an average university to independent network of 50 highly experienced faculty, consultants, and businessmen delivering state-of-art educational solutions to corporate clients as well as to individuals pursuing career advances related to graduation from MBA/EMBA-type programs. KBS’s important feature is its continuous project-based involvement in surrounding business and social community’s life.

KBS is a founder of the Ukrainian Association for Development of Management and Business Education the first and only national professional body in this field. The school is actively contributing to the growth and enhancement of professionalism and quality of the business programmes addressed to students and vocational youth.

KBS has been continuously developing new approaches for youth professional involvement, job placement, vocational professionalization and further career growth collaborating in this field with a number of Ukrainian and international professional associations.

The school is the only training institution in Kyiv which has delivered for several years since a special programme for young entrepreneurs and SME owners on request of Kyiv City Administration.

Since 2017 KBS have been actively involved in experiments aimed at research and development of arts-based learning methods and programs for large corporate clients in Ukraine. The uniqueness of experience is based on using artifacts as a metaphor for complex managerial processes and decision-making dilemmas.

The experiments made in art-based methods for managers' training will be shared with partners. KBS will develop the aspects related to the new approaches to exploit creativity in management and future jobs.

The KBS team has significant experience in projects funded by international donors focused on the development of innovations in education, social sphere and business.

Several members of KBS team are internally displaced persons for now and have appropriate experience related to the theme of the project.

• МВА Finance & Investments - elaborated in partnership with «BDO» and oriented on Association of Certified International Investment Analysts, Institute of Financial Accountants qualifications. The program develops the ability to manage financial activity of any business and generates a wide range of financial competences, required by competent manager: from Management Accounts and Financial Management to Investment Planning and Analysis.
• МВА Logistics - elaborated in partnership with Ukrainian Logistics Association and oriented on qualification demands of European Logistics Association. The program generates competences in implementation and management of logistics activity, development of logistics organizations, and allows the graduate to use instruments of contemporary logistics in any business field.

• СВА «Certificate in Business Administration» - for those who are interested in acquiring of management qualification in business. Covers core topics, traditional for MBA programs and management learning courses.
